Topical solution to prevent cold sore and herpes outbreaks

A single dose of a 2% SADBE™ solution (in a base of dimethylsulfoxide), effective for up to three months. Prevent cold sores by harnessing the power of your immune system. Activate your T cells and achieve 11-times stronger immune system and 60% fewer cold sore and herpes outbreaks.

What is SADBE™ and how can it help with cold sores or herpes?

The key ingredient in Square-Immune™ is SADBE™ (Squaric Acid Dibutyl Ester), a topical compound that helps retrain your immune system to fight cold sore and herpes outbreaks before they start. Instead of targeting the virus directly, SADBE™ gently activates your skin’s immune response—similar to how your body reacts to poison ivy—triggering T cells to step in. This response has been shown in clinical trials to shift the body’s defense from an antibody-heavy (Type 2) reaction to a more effective, T-cell-driven (Type 1) response, helping reduce the frequency and severity of outbreaks over time.

How effective is SADBE™?

In clinical trials conducted by Square-Immune™, SADBE™ was shown to:

  • Triple the time to the next cold sore outbreak compared to placebo.
  • Reduce the number of outbreaks by 2.6 times compared to placebo.
  • Shift the immune response from an antibody-based reaction to a stronger, T-cell-driven response.
  • Increase production of anti-viral protein Interferon-Gamma (produced by T cells) by 1,100%, indicating strong immune response.
How to apply Square-Immune™?

Square-Immune™ is a topical solution you apply using the included cotton swab. Simply dab a penny-sized amount (about 2 cm) onto clean, dry skin on the inner side of your upper arm. Apply only to that spot. Let it absorb, then leave it on for at least three hours before washing off. You can cover it with a Band-Aid if preferred, and we recommend washing the area before bed to prevent transfer.

How often should I apply Square-Immune™?

One dose of Square-Immune™ is designed to boost your immune response for up to three months, so we recommend applying it once every three months. That said, some customers find that additional doses between scheduled applications work better for them. If you’d like the flexibility to apply more frequently, we recommend choosing the 1-year supply, which includes enough solution for multiple doses throughout the year.

How long until I see the results?

Square-Immune™ begins to create changes in your immune system within two weeks. In clinical trials, most people saw a reduction in cold sore outbreaks within three to six weeks of their first dose. That said, every immune system is different. Some users report feeling a difference—like fewer or milder symptoms—within just a few days of applying their first dose.

One dose improves immune response for three months so we recommend applying it once every three months. Some customers find that applying additional doses between their regular three-month applications works even better. If you want to apply additional doses, we recommend the 1-year supply, which is a larger amount of Square-Immune™ that allows you to apply doses when you want.

"Having constant cold sores made me timid, wanted to hide, and stopped me from delivering the best care I could for my patients due to being embarrassed to look people in the eye. Since taking this medication this torture cycle has stopped for me. Yes, I have gotten small cold sores that only last 2-3 days but it has been nothing compared to how I was living my life previously. Hiding. This is only after one application as well. Mine and my husband's love life has been completely uninterrupted since taking this medication and my professional life has vastly improved as I don't embarrassed to look my clients in the eyes anymore."

"Before dosing with 2% SADBE, I would get weekly genital herpes outbreaks like clockwork. After 3 weeks from dosing, I noticed my outbreaks were becoming much less severe, and after 6 weeks from dosing, my outbreaks have completely stopped. I now have my life back, and no longer think about HSV on a daily basis."

    Charles O.

"After application I had a small outbreak on my lip but it was gone pretty quickly. And the interesting thing is when the outbreak happened the application spot on my arm got a mild rash, which I think shows the immune system is responding to the virus more. I'm definitely buying the year supply!"

    Karen T.

"I think it's working. I got a bunch of outbreaks a few days after applying but they were much less strong than before and went away faster."

    Joseph F.

"Today is 11 days since I have dosed. By now, because I was heading into my menstrual cycle, I would have had at least 1 outbreak, in my ear and all over my fingers and hands. All I got, was 1 little sore on my hand and nothing else. NO sores, no Herpetic Whitlow, no ear ache (I got a tiny spasm but it lasted a second and that was it, usually my ear pain would last 3 hours and I would pretty much be incapacitated during this time), no pain in left side of my face. This has been the best/easiest 11 days of my life in the last 5 years."

    Frequently Asked Questions

❓ How does Square-Immune™ actually work?

Yes. Square-Immune™ uses a compound called SADBE, which has been studied and used by dermatologists for decades.

It’s applied to a small area (the underside of the upper arm), and clinical trials showed excellent tolerability. Mild skin redness or irritation is possible but temporary.

❓ Is it safe to apply to the skin?

Use collapsible tabs for more detailed information that will help customers make a purchasing decision.

Ex: Shipping and return policies, size guides, and other common questions.

❓ Will this get into my bloodstream like other medications?

No. Square-Immune™ is a non-systemic topical treatment, meaning it activates your immune system through skin exposure without entering your bloodstream.

❓ What if I’m currently taking another immune support supplement or antiviral?

Square-Immune™ can generally be used alongside most oral supplements and antivirals.

However, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you're on prescription medications to ensure compatibility.

❓ How often do I need to use this?

Just once every three months. That’s it. No daily pills, powders, or reapplication needed. Many users experience reduced outbreak frequency with consistent quarterly use.

❓ Do you provide a guarantee if it doesn't work?

We offer a 90-day risk-free guarantee. If you don’t notice a reduction in outbreak frequency or aren’t satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.

❓ Can I use this if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, but we recommend doing a patch test first. Apply a small amount to an area of skin and wait 24 hours to ensure no sensitivity.

If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and contact customer service.

❓ Is this the same as a cold sore cream?

Not at all. Cold sore creams treat outbreaks after they happen. Square-Immune™ is preventative—designed to stop outbreaks before they start by training your immune system to recognize and respond to the virus earlier.
