Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must have purchased the product directly from square-immune.com.

  • You must request the refund within 90 days of the purchase date.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
