How to apply Square-Immune™?
Square-Immune™ is a topical solution you apply using the included cotton swab. Simply dab a penny-sized amount (about 2 cm) onto clean, dry skin on the inner side of your upper arm. Apply only to that spot. Let it absorb, then leave it on for at least three hours before washing off. You can cover it with a Band-Aid if preferred, and we recommend washing the area before bed to prevent transfer.
How often should I apply Square-Immune™?
One dose of Square-Immune™ is designed to boost your immune response for up to three months, so we recommend applying it once every three months. That said, some customers find that additional doses between scheduled applications work better for them. Apply Square-Immune™ topically, on your skin, to a penny-sized (2 cm diameter) spot on the inner side of your upper arm (the side facing your chest). We do not advise applying Square-Immune™ on your cold sore, mouth, or face as immune reaction may cause temporary rash.
Square-Immune™ comes with a cotton swab. Dip the swab in the Square-Immune™ solution and use it to apply it to your arm. Avoid touching other parts of your body with the solution, as it can cause a rash or irritation.
Allow a minute or two for the solution to absorb into your skin before you put clothes on. You can cover the spot with a Band-Aid if you like. Leave it in place for 3 hours or more before you wash the spot.
